there is a song off of a bootleg called Zoom, where Ed phones into a radio station and sings it over the air. he ends the song screaming “we’re all doomed”. GET IT! You’ll be glad you did. it was 1996 and the title was New Songs 3, or something close to that. Mostly No Code songs. I’ve looking for just that bit for a long time. good luck.
wm
I have that CD. If you need that song or the CD itself, let me know. I was huge into them and bought all the bootlegs and stuff that I could back then. My first concert was Hartford ’96. I actually was maced by the police while I was at the show because I was moshing, but it was still amazing.
here’s “zoom” by Eddie.

Speaking of Ed tunes!!!
Anyone out there in PJ world have these Ed songs?
The Punk And The Godfather
I’ve Had Enough
Sea And Sand
Eddie performed these 3 songs with The Who at a recent concert where The Who played Quadrophenia in it’s entirety.
A Little Is Enough (Ed joined Pete Townsend to play this song)
The Promise
San Diego Serenade
Fool’s Day
these 3 songs were performed during some of Ed’s solo dates.
The Longing Goes Away (Ed performed this song with The Frogs, I believe back in ’95)
thx 4 any help in finding these rarities.
PW,
thanks but I am unable to play it because of surveys that keep popping up. any way you can send it in mp3 format?
sorry about that… i guess “sharebee” has gotten all jerky lately!!
try this link, hopefully it works out better
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GX31GMZF
let me know if it works out any better.
PW.
pennywise, what are you sharing here? would it make sense to share it with everyone else as well? i posted your last comment on the main page – please have a look.
i guess Eddie called in to a radio station and starting singing the theme to the old kid’s show “Zoom”. i saw that ‘wm’ was looking for the tune so I posted the link. if u want to upload the song from the link I put and put it on the site, I have no problem with that. i think the 1st link i posted was having issues so i put the megaupload link instead. have their been any problems with the 2nd link?? i hope not. it should be ok. let me know if u r having problems getting it.
thx again.
PW.
oh yeah..
thx 4 putting those songs i’m looking for up on the front page!!.
hopefully, the PJ world pulls through 4 me in finding those tunes..
PW.

Hey guys,
I’ve been all over the net looking for EV’s solo shows from Philadelphia(Tower Theatre) and DC(Warren Theatre). If anyone has these I would much appreciate if we could link up.
Thanks everyone!
Scott
Scott,
The reason we don’t host the Ed solo shows is because the TenClub has specifically asked us not to. I have gone back and forth with them a couple of times to see if their stance has changed – but so far, nothing has. If there’s a change and we’re able to host the shows, we’ll be sure and have them all up.
andy its boredone12000@yahoo.com. thank you so much
