We don’t normally do things like this on the dot net, but we’re going get serious for a moment and ask for your charity on behalf of a good cause.
That didn’t take long. Yesterday we received an email from our excellent host provider that our site was being taken offline. The reason? Soundgarden’s legal representation had sent them a copyright infringement complaint with a full list of material they wanted taken down.
In the past month we’ve posted gremmie.net branded comics like the one above, pictures of the euro tour posters & flags, and various other miscellany (Ed at the Ramones Museum in Berlin anyone?). You can’t find it you say? That’s because you’re not a fan of ours on Facebook or you’re not following us on Twitter.
Last week, we held a vote on our Facebook page on which band gremmies would like to see given the dotnet treatment: Soundgarden & Chris Cornell or The Dave Matthews Band. The result looked something like this:
